Coach Ramaundo Vaughn wins annual poker tournament
Let the good times roll! Coach Vaughn takes home the hardware at the 4th Annual DVC Athletics Poker Tournament
PLEASANT HILL -- For a fourth straight year, DVC Athletics and Blue Dog Events hosts it's annual poker tournament with all proceeds going toward student-athlete expenses. For the first time, one of our own coaches brought home the hardware!
Coach Ramaundo Vaughn went heads up with Darren Holt, husband of Head Athletic Trainer Wendy Holt, at the final table that also featured Diablo Valley College President Peter Garcia. Vaughn went all-in before the flop with pocket 7s and didn't look back as he took the rest of the poker chips from the table.
