SANTA CLARA -- In the second round of the Mission College Tournament, the Vikings earned a 97-84 victory over the Contra Costa Comets.
Five Vikings ended the night in double-digits. Sabrea Coleman led the Vikings with 18 points and 3 steals, Soraya Page collected her 2nd double-double on the year with 14 points and 14 rebounds, Julia Alexander added 16 points and 7 rebounds, Taiyla Jackson had 17 points and 8 rebounds, Jophiea Irvin provided 12 points off the bench.
Diablo Valley (2-0) plays East Los Angeles in the finals of the Mission Tournament on 4 PM on Sunday, Nov. 9th.
