The Vikes kept it rolling in the 5th, when Scheuler scored Peretti with a single, making the score 7-0.
The Mustangs answered with one run in the 7th and 8th but the Vikings closed out the game, 7-2.
Mike Manley got the win for the Vikes on the mound, pitching 6.1 innings and striking out 6.
Game 2: L, 7-2
The Mustangs scored first on a wild pitch by Krauth but the Vikes answered in the 3rd inning when Johnson scored Theisen on a sac fly, evening the score at 1.
In the bottom half of the 3rd, Delta hit a solo homer to take the lead, 2-1 but the Vikes answered again when Peretti knocked in Waite on a single to tie the game at 2.
From there, it was all Delta scoring 5 unanswered runs to finish the game, 7-2.
Krauth took the loss for the Vikes on the mound, pitching 5 innings, striking out 3.
Game 3: L, 20-7
The Mustangs started the game with 4 runs in the top of the 1st inning. The Vikes answered in the bottom half with 2 runs of their own when Dante Peretti doubled, scoring Ralston and Johnson.
The Mustangs scored 8 more runs before the Vikes would score again when Ralston hit a 2-run homer to make the score, 12-4.
The Mustangs would score another 8 runs before the Vikes answered in the bottom of the 9th with 3 runs when Peretti scored on a fielders choice and Ralston singled to score 2 more.
The Vikings scored 7 runs on 6 hits while the Mustangs scored 20 runs on 21 to take the final game of the series 20-7.
